I don't usually write up reviews, but after my experience with these folks, I felt compelled to do so in hopes of saving some other poor person from such an unpleasant experience....

I don't usually write up reviews, but after my experience with these folks, I felt compelled to do so in hopes of saving some other poor person from such an unpleasant experience. Dirty and unkept store full of overpriced junk. I checked out a few guns and quickly put them down after seeing the numerous flaws. I understood that they sell nothing of value and when prodded about what I was looking for, told them that ""I was just looking"". The guy became rude and borderline obsene. I finally had enough and ditched the PC approach and just walked out. more

Lies and broken promises - avoid! 7/11/2011

Giving them even one star is too much. These guys border on the unethical and I would avoid them at all costs. Smiling and agreeable upfront just to get a sale. Once the money is in their pockets, you can bet that their promises and customer service will quickly disappear. There are other ethical dealers to buy from so why waste your time here? more

Horrible - avoid doing business with them! 4/26/2011

Bought a pistol from them over the internet. Arrived with a broken firing pin, which they promised to send a replacement for. After weeks of waiting, multiple promises that it had been shipped, promises to return my phone call....NOTHING! Best I can say about them is that they are a bunch of dishonest thieves! more

Unpleasant.. overpriced. 6/7/2010

I was not that impressed with Collectible Arms, upon entering I wasn't sure if they were still open? Many of the firearms on display are old and overpriced. I was shocked to learn how high their FFL transfer fees were. They are without a doubt the highest I have ever seen in the local area. There is better out their IMHO, look elsewhere. Pros: none. Cons: Overpriced fees. Poor selection more
