Great Agent! 11/6/2008

I have my auto and homeowners insurance through David Muscat. His staff is friendly and efficient and is ALWAYS there when I need them. I have David's cell phone number and recently had to use it: I had a bad plumbing leak in my condo and David talked me through everything I needed to know and calmed me down. He's been with me through the entire process. I have referred several friends and they all enjoy working with him too! Pros: Friendly, helpful, efficient, cost-effective Cons: None! more

FIRE........I had the right coverage thanks to David Muscat State Farms rec 11/5/2008

After switching to David Muscat as my agent, he insisted on coming out to see my property to better understand my needs. He found my auto policies inconsistant from car to car, My house insurance inadequate because my many out buildings would not be rebuilt based on the % insurance companies allow. In short David adjusted my coverages and actually saved me money in the process.\r I was affected by the Witch Creek fire and found the review David and subsequent changes he made couldn't have happened at a better time. My updated policy covered all my looses including all of my out buildings, my home office and more \r I couldn't be more pleased with the service. I almost forgot to mention that Shawn Muscat came to my house and even assisted me in figuring out what to do the day after the fires. more

All joking aside, it is really nice to know that I have an insurance agent who I can trust with my growing family and our changing needs. He explains things thoroughly and will recommend someone else if they can't meet my needs. He has insurance for almost anything, and his entire staff is knowledgable and friendly. more

Nice to finally trust your insurance agent! 11/4/2008

This agency is full of knowledgeable people! They explained everything about my different policies to me in english instead of insurance language. They even told me when it was smart to cut down on coverage in certain places where it would save me money. They arn't insurance sharks here, they actually want to help you! I know that I am covered extremely well and I'm not paying them my life savings. They even call each year to make sure my policy is up to date and if anything has changed, they help me re-work my policy for better coverage! Thanks Muscat State Farm! Finally insurance I can trust! more

I feel like I am always treated fairly and that he and his great staff always take the time to explain things to me in a way that is easy to understand. My experience with this company has been great. I refer everybody I know to David. Shawn from his office was especially helpful and knowledgeable. more

Very personalized 11/4/2008

I left esurance because I got tired of never talking to anybody who knew anything about me or my policy. Thankfully I found this State Farm location through a friend and I'm much happier. There's a personalized touch and they fully disclose everything about my policy before I even have to ask, right now I have homeowner's and car insurance through them and their prices were comparable to what I was paying esurance except now i get a much better experience. I'm recommending them to my friends in the area. more

Nice to meet a person who cares 11/4/2008

I was reffered to shawn muscat at david muscat state farm agency branch off university. It was nice being treated like a real person instead of just another policy holder. He helped me get set up with renters insurance that I needed to show proof of when I moved into my new apartment complex. Not a lot of business from me but it didnt really matter to Shawn at all. He still gave me good advise and attention. So yes I wanted to give good review to david muscat state farm agency. Shawn is very helpful in particuler. Thank you. more

I have been a State Farm customer for 8 years. My last agent retired and I was referred to David Muscat by him. I have been completely satisfied with the service that David and his staff have given me. Very friendly, good location 11/4/2008

My biggest positive in being a customer with this company is that their customer service was great. the employees remembered me specifically, remembered my coverage, reminded me of other options without being pushy. It felt more relaxed than talking with one of the big companies online, and the pricing is the same. I'm planning to stay with them long term.
