The best 7/12/2012

I've been taking my cars to Cole's for years and have never doubted the quality of work or their integrity. They have never charged if they could not figure out what the problem was and Chris cut a labor bill in half on my transmission because he could not get the whine out of it. This was despite the fact that it shifted the best it EVER had - even completely new - and that I was happy with the work. You could not do any better. more

Cannot Recommend 5/29/2012

There was a time that Cole's was the best. That is history. Long story short, I will not return to Cole's for any type of service. I cannot recommend this business. What made Cole's such an outlier in automotive service appears to have left. The new service/office manager is rude and condescending. It did not appear he had any interest in maintaining my business. He went out of his way to be unhelpful and mean. He treated another customer he spoke with over the phone in the same manner. more

Good honest mechanics 8/7/2005

Cole's is a great place to get your older imports worked on. They particularly focus on Acuras, Hondas, and Toyotas. They're all very nice and explain all the problems with the car to you, they seem to know what they're doing. Their prices are a bit higher than some other mechanics but this is probably because they're certified as many other mechanics are not. The only downside is that the neighborhood is not great and I sometimes worry about leaving my car there overnight, but I haven't had any problems and have recommended Cole's to others before. more
