My mother has used Coleman Bros for years, so when I needed to send flowers, I used them. The first time I used them was to send flowers to my sister for her birthday. I placed the order online for delivery on April 14th. I get a phone call on April 7th from Coleman Bros that they were delivered an entire WEEK early and realized it only after they were delivered. She was very apologetic and asked me ""what do you want me to do to fix this"". I said, well I would like to get what I ordered, which is flowers delivered to her on her birthday! They re-sent her flowers on April 14th free of charge. Since they rectified the problem, I used them again the next time I needed flowers delivered: I am a rational person and work in customer service myself and things happen, right? This time it was for my mother's birthday. Again, I get a phone call, this time on the right day, but this time they say my mother was not in the office and did I want them delivered somewhere else. I thought that was odd, I did verify with my mom she would be in the office that day, but I said okay let me give you another address. I give her my mom's home address and she says no problem. I hold for a while then she asks for my credit card info again. I said hang on, I am being charged again? She says she cancelled the original order and refunded the money back to my checking account and will have to bill again for this order. I said, well I am assuming it will take 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited to my bank account but when you re-swipe it now it will charge another $64 out of my checking right away right? She says yes. I said, well I don't have an extra $64 laying around to tie up right this instant, can I just pick up the flowers or something? She says well she already refunded the other order and she can cancel the order or call back in a few days to charge me for the new order but they wont deliver to the other address unless they re-swipe now. I said well you can cancel the order and I wont be using you again! What an unprofessional place this florist has become. How can you just refund an order and attempt to rebill without even telling me? She said she didn't think it was a problem. I said well you dont charge someone twice the cost of their order without telling them that first! Well I guess I am too broke to be shopping here then. To top it all off, when I hung up with her enraged, I called my mom to let her know she was supposed to be getting flowers but isnt and maybe we can do lunch instead, she tells me she has been at work all day. SO assumingly, they were probably delivering to the wrong place anyway because my mom was at her office all along. WHAT A JOKE. Go somewhere else - this place has gone down the drain.
