I have been with Dr. Cole through 3 miscarriages. Although, I like Robin personally and think she has a caring bed side manner, I am of the opinion that Seattle Women Clinic is working her too hard and it's affecting her work. There have been several instances where I have asked myself, "Has she read my file, or does she ever update my file?" At my appt. to manange my second miscarriage, she walked in with a fetal doppler machine and said "let's hear the heartbeat!" To which, I had to reply that we were there to discuss our miscarriage management. She offering Low Dose Aspirin (LDA) as a "new" treatment each time after each miscarriage. Each time, I tell her we are already on LDA, to which she usu. has nothing to say. Currently, I've had several dr. tell me that I should be on Heparin but she refuses to offer it to me saying that studies show that it doesn't work. If it doesn't work why are there so many women out there having successful pregnancies because of it, and crediting Heparin for the positive outcome? I like her, but I just don't think she pay enough attention to the patients that aren't "smooth sailing."
