I've never been so happy to write a check. When my regular plumber was unable to snake out my drain line, he diagnosed it as having collapsed and recommended that I have the line rerouted around the house. He was unable to perform that task so I contacted Cole based on advertising and reputation. When I explained the situation I was told that a serviceman would repeat the procedure done by the previous plumber to verify the problem. I was also informed that if the line had collapsed, it might be possible to correct without rerouting the line, though Cole could if it was required. As it turned out, Cole plumbing had no difficulty giving the line a proper cleaning and assured me there was not an actual problem. The technician was prompt, efficient and answered all my questions politely. Guess who I will be calling first for any problems in the future? more

WOW!! Called Cole Plumbing and Cameron showed up less than 30 minutes later! Had a clogged line/no drainage. Cameron had the drain draining in under 10 minutes! Answered all of my questions and was very professional and courteous! Bye bye the other guy, hello Cole's!!! more

Recently, I had a leak at the base of a toilet, and a leak in the kitchen faucet. Cole plumbing - even though they had a backlog of problems because of the ice conditions in Montgomery - came that day and checked out the problem. After checking everything that could go wrong, it was determined that the problem was serious and the toilet had to be removed and a new sealer had to applied. Because both jobs were extensive, and too late to repair late on a Friday afternoon, we agreed that the plumber would return the following week. He returned and did an outstanding job -- rebuilding both the toilet and the kitchen faucet. He cleaned up and everything and made the two areas shiny and cleaner than when he began. Since that time, all has been well. I have used Cole in the past, and will definitely call them again -- be the job be big or small. more

We used Cole for a new gas water heater, we purchased the kind that attaches to the side of your house and always keeps your water hot. I love it, the hot water never runs out. I am so glad Cole talked us into it. They were also very clean and courteous and helped us in every way. more
