Dr. Cole is the BEST doctor in Jacksonville hands down! He has always taken time to explain my MRI results, pain issues and anything I am concerned with. I have been a patient of Dr. Cole since I retired from the Navy in 2008. I don't trust anyone else. I hope and pray all is well with you and your fabulous staff! See you soon. more

I have been seeing Dr. Cole for over 2 years now and he has been a GOD SEND. He got my meds in control and I can go on with my life as best I can. He is the best in the field. or Cole has been my Doctor for over 8yrs he is compassionate caring and very sincere. There is nothing that I can say about him other than he has always been there for me when I needed him I have seen him every month for 8 yrs he has been a truley caring Doctor his only concern is that his paitants dont suffer in pain. As long as they follow the law and only see 1 doctor for pain he follows the dea rules to the letter. I have never had a problem with Doctor Perry Cole every in 8 years period.\r more

Dr Cole RUINED MY QUALITY OF LIFE!!! The only compassion in this practice comes from the amazing staff!! He ripped me off an extremely high amount of medication without weaning me down putting me into severe pain and withdrawals leaving me bed ridden and unable to care for myself much less my child without a care in the world about it. What was my ""crime"" .....? My home was burglarized!! Not only did I lose all my precious expensive belongings but then I lost my ability to function as well. I do not recommend this egotistical pompous uncaring in compassionate evil man to anyone in true pain!! more

If you're like I initially was, you may have a hard time comfortably doing much of anything. After more that 12 years of dealing with chronic pain, and seeing several doctors in many different clinics, I had the good fortune of having a friend recommend Dr. Perry Cole. He began taking care of me, with not only an interest in my pain, but an equal interest in the amount of pain medication and the combination of medications, others had said was necessary. The necessity I had questioned; the ability of functioning with a small child was an equal concern for me.\r Dr. Cole and his equally compassionate staff are located on Phillips Highway, in the Baymeadows Rd area of Jacksonville, Fl. The office is accessable from many major roads in the area. First, he established my confidence in him and then he recommended some changes.\r \r He is unquestionably capable, professional and treats with concern to the whole person. Quality of life is a big factor in his practice. He is very up-to-date on the most recent procedures, medications and physical therapies. He offers many in his office and at surgical centers in the area. His hours are both convenient and flexible. His private practice has been recently established in a new facility. His office is clean, spacious, and comfortable. His staff treats everyone with the same professional concerned care. \r \r I am in more comfort and peace of mind about my medical issues and disabilities than I have been in years. And although I will most likely never return to my previous health, I am hopeful for a good quality of life; for the first time in years. I am also confident he will be able to address any future pain issues I may be presented with as my conditions may progress.\r I would strongly suggest you gain his professional consultation and hopefully witness all of the above for yourself.
