Have had a terrible experience with one of their agents Paulette Pelletier WITH COLDWELL BANKER IN CARY IL. She was rude, didn't communicate well, very unprofessional and unethical. She entertained other offers, and accepted another offer when already under the contract.
Would never recommend to work with her.
