The only reason this place is getting a TWO instead of a ONE is because I like the taste. The employees here do not want to serve you. They are very rude and nasty and really make you feel GUILTY for coming into their clean restaurant and wanting to eat ice cream. I will not go back until I get up enough nerve to tell them off when they either (1) ask me to leave because they want to clean or (2) they act as if they don't want to serve me, or (3) they are rude, mean, or condescending. I am telling you I won't take it anymore. LOL! more

Great Ice Cream but..... 8/8/2005

The ice cream here is wonderful but the service is not so great. They never have messed up my order but in my opinion they don't want to serve you. I was in one night around 10 pm and they asked me to leave less than a min after i sat down with my ice cream because they were wanting to close early and they needed to lock the door and wipe down the table. Makes me not want to eat there. more

Service not so good... 8/8/2005

I love Cold Stone Creamery's ice cream, but the past 5 times I've been there they have been very rude. If they actually get my order right then they basically kick us out of the dining room. And if they don't do that then they more than likely screwed up my order. But I am going to continue going there because I love the ice cream so much. more
