Very small seating area. The ice cream is smooth and creamy. A few different flavors to choose from. I get mine in a cone. You get a big scoop for the price. more

FUn Fun Fun 8/12/2006

THe customer service at this location was amazing. The employees working behind the counter were so friendly considering the fact that there was a line out the door they were still greeting everyone and singing like no tomorrow. I was shocked to see them perform what they called a ""Banana Dance"" after I tipped them. Go hear if you want great quality product and fun friendly employees. Forget about all the other Cold Stone Creamerys. This one has topped my list for best restaurant yet. more

Now this is some ice cream 7/1/2002

I was first introduced to Cold Stone's in Santa Barbara....WOW now that is some ice cream!!! Made just the way you like it, with what you want it. The prices may be a little high-but with all the ice cream you get how can you complain. They even make their own waffle cones. So forget Foster's Freeze and all those little ice cream shops. Come to Cold Stone's you won't regret it. more

Post-movie treat 6/25/2002

Skip the Kit Kats and M&Ms in the Paseo Colorado theater and come here instead. The ice cream is dreamy, and not too sweet. Even the small is big, and rich. Get whatever you want added, make up a flavor or pick one of Cold Stone's. Be careful though: those add-ons can make one expensive cup of ice cream. I think it's perfect for sharing with a sweetie. more

The best in ice cream! 6/12/2002

I will never forget the first time I tried Cold Stone ice cream. It was so smoothe and so good. Then you can add in the fresh toppings that you love. I once tried the sweet cream with peanut butter cups and couldn't stop eating. Everytime I went by the place I wanted to go in and get some. They have such variety and the best ice cream I have ever tasted. They are the best when it comes to ice cream. Pros: best ice cream, many toppings Cons: long lines, crowded more

I think this is one of the most unique ice cream places I have been too. This place isn't your average 31 Flavors. Here you make your own ice cream. There are base ice creams to choose from, once you complete that step it's off to step number 2. Step number 2 is what you want mixed with your base ice cream. There are a number of assortments to choose from. You can pick any candy bar, fruit, or syrup to put in your ice cream. Once everything is selected you get to watch the staff in action! This is where ice cream magic is made. They beat it all together with metal spatculas and walla..you got the creamiest ice cream ever! more

what's all the hype? 6/11/2002

The ice cream is good but not great. There is usually a line out the door and the prices are ridiculous. Go to Foster's Freeze... it may not be as trendy, but the ice cream is less expensive and delicious. more
