Pros--the service is outstanding. A recent spur of the moment trip there for a birthday ice cream cake for my daughter had them looking high and low in the back room to fulfill my request for cookie dough ice cream on a yellow cake. (They did it, too!). Also the flavor and quality of the ingredients are awesome.
Cons--the cake was pricey. Also, it was frozen so darn solid that nothing could slice it--and that was after leaving it out at room temp for nearly an hour. The outside was melting, but the inside was like a brick. My 6'3" son-in-law had to stand on a chair for leverage (with the cake positioned on the kitchen table) as he attempted to cut pieces with a 10" steel blade. While this was initially pretty darn funny (we have pictures)it seems a bit excessive. How on earth someone elderly would have cut into this is anyone's guess.
A little lower temperatures, Coldstone, if you please!
