THIS PLACE MAKES ICE CREAM EVEN COOLER! 9/29/2002

Dear God, what a super-dee-duper place! Bad for the diet, great for pampering! The ice cream is creamy, the store is clean, the employees are SO NICE (I have never seen people so happy to play with ice cream in my life), the parking is a little crowded, the prices are a little high, but you pay for what you get! The waffles = to die for! Treat yourself to a chocolate dipped one if you've been good! Or share a banana split with someone, how romantic! Lines get long, but be patient. It's SO worth it! This is a great place to go with the family for ice cream and smoothies. The staff is very friendly and courteous and moreover they pay extra attention to the cleanliness of the place and comfort of there customers and the best part is its a great value for the money. OH MY GOD! WHAT AN ICE-CREAM AND STAFF. I HAVE BEEN TO ALMOST ALL OF THE COLD STONES IN THE BAY AREA BUT THIS PLACE ROCKS. NO OTHER PLACE MAKES SURE THAT EMPLOYEES SING FOR THE TIPS THEY RECEIVED. Best Of The Best 7/30/2002

The Cold Stone Creamery at 2980 E Capitol Expressay #20, San Jose, CA is the best Cold Stone of them all. I have eaten a four different stores and they are all good, but this one was the best of them all. The store was clean and the service was quick and the team enthusiastic. I have been to this particular store four times and have been completely satistified each time. Thumbs up for excellent ice cream. more

Best Ice Cream in Town 7/29/2002

I love the customized ice cream with fruits, nuts, and the way I want. Cold Stone Creamery in San Jose, provides me all this with a broad smile. This place lives its claim, ""Create your own Happiness"". Every time I have visited this place, the staff is great and very helpful in creating my creations.
