Although there are quite a few teenagers working there, we have found them to be professional and friendly. The ice cream is always good! I did find out they hired a new cake decorator recently... not only is she good, but she's sweet and easy to work with... I've ordered two cakes already from her and plan on ordering more... Good Move! more

Buyer beware 4/28/2007

I got a tube of "everybody's" make it yourself and take home cake batter ice cream. The next day I found a HAIR (which looked nothing like mine in it). It was night time so the next day my husband went to the store and tried to get our money back. The teenager behind the counter claimed that she was manager and couldn't give us our money back w/o a receipt. She also claimed she would talk to the owner about the situation. That was 3 days ago. I'm getting my attorney involved now. Pros: good icecream Cons: teenagers work there and don't care about proper food handeling more
