The floor didn't come out as great as we expected but we were told some of the grout was pitted and would not come up with cleaning, would have to regrout or use color grout so we were a little bummed but the floor seemed clean. more

We had Zerorez out first to our rental house to clean the carpets. One of the bedrooms smelled like a dog had urinated in it. We had Zerorez give us a quote over the phone and then try to upsell the job when they got there. We elected to stay with what we had been quoted and their process did nothing but scrub the surface of the carpet. There was no extraction what so ever even though they said the process did extract. It did not involve a suction hose. We still had the smell. We called Coit out and you guys were reasonably priced and did an excellent job that actually got rid of the smell. I am a pet care professional and had two male dogs under my care. Both dogs, even though housebroken, 'marked' in my dining room on the area carpet and the smell was unbearable. Coit came in and took the rug, cleaned it and put it through deodorization twice. They brought it back, but I had to call them again because the smell wasn't totally removed. On the third try, the smell is finally gone. They did a great job and all without any hesitation about the extra service. I would use them again even though I thought they were expensive. It was worth every penny. more

So.. we paid over $100 dollars for the carpets to be cleaned when we moved out. This was to ensure that we would get our deposit from the management company. After we moved they charged us $250 dollars for carpet cleaning. They were not happy..and we were not happy that in the end the carpets have now cost us over $350. For two rooms, one 10x10 and one 15x10. I don't know about everyone else but when you are moving you are counting every penny. There was no mention of what the minimum charge would be when we made the reservation, you knew that it was for a move out..you knew we were trapped. Not happy more

This was a hard job as we had an A/C water leak and it took black stain off the bottom feet of our love seat. Marvin did his best but we will change the carpet soon anyway. more

So happy to see my white carpets white again. All pet stains are gone! Our technician did a great job on the carpets. He also cleaned the tiles. Great job but there was one area where the grout didn't clean up as well as the rest. more

The total job was strictly professional and the tecnician was freindly and informative. The duct cleaning was performed and there was no additional clean up needed and the end of the job. They exceeded my expectations. more

They were on time as scheduled and did a great job cleaning the carpets in three rooms more

The men who did it were super nice, polite and worked hard. However, for what we paid to have our floors done, almost $6.000. I didn't think I would have to go around and point out each and EVERY hole and line I wanted to be filled and regrouted. I didn't think I would have to go around and ask them to wipe down the floor moulding that was scuffed up by the machine. I didn't think I would have my brand new couch damaged by the floor machine. Then the said it would be fixed as it was their machine that damaged it. A few weeks went by so I called again. I was told the leather repair guy would call me. He didn't. I called Coit back and was told that the leather repair guys wife had a baby and that is why he is behind schedule. I waited another week and finally got a call and scheduled. I spoke to his wife who had not yet had the baby. That day he called and said he was running late. Then he called later and said he couldn't find it. I gave directions, then he and his wife called and said their cell phone wasn't working properly so they were going to the cell phone store instead of coming to my house and they would reschedule me. At this point if this is how they conduct their business I was afraid to see how they would repair the two small holes in the couch so I told them to forget about it. I will just live with the damage. more

The first time I had COIT clean my carpet I was not at all satified. I should have called, however, I did not. When I was called about a promotion the company was having, I told the person, very pleasant, about my first experience. I was very pleased with her attitude, so I scheduled an appointment to have my carpet cleaned and a hole, which was made by my dog, repaired. A service man came out to look at the repair needed to be done and the cleaning; gave me an estimate. I scheduled an appointment, which I had to reschedule. The second cleaning was above my expectation since it was very dirty due to not being cleaned properly the first time. The repair job was okay, as I look at it each daym it probably could have been better, however, I do not know with what the gentlemen had to work. The service man did not complete the area, so I called. I am sure it was overlooked. This was taken care of immedately to my satifaction. All in all I am satisfied. The second service man was very professional. He took his time doing the repair work and took some pride in cleaning the carpet to my satisfaction and his own. Good for company and the customer!The entire personel were very professional and helpful---trying to please and see that everything was done to my satisfaction. more
