I have had an AWFUL experience using Coit. Their tech told me I would pay one price but then the invoice came for $100 more. I have called and talked to multiple people at Coit Salt Lake, and even their California offices, and I've been totally bullied by the employees. They have not backed down when I tell them I feel misled on the pricing quote and have started threatening collections rather than listening and trying to work things out with me. I'm thoroughly disappointed w/ my experience and do NOT recommed Coit. Steer clear; they do not put customers first. more

expensive 6/11/2010

Price for one room was the same for most companies to clean at least three rooms. Additional 15.00 service charge which was not told about when scheduling appointment. What was this for????? Dog stains on the carpet were not removed. Carpet was still wet over 24 hours later. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Pros: Polite workers Cons: overpriced more
