If you were to ask me, id say that they hold the good stuff for classier people, not a-holes like yourself. more

Horrible. 10/10/2010

Horrible experience! Went to this business awhile back to sell some silver. After talking to the owner on the telephone, he quoted me a price for the silver. When I arrived at his business a couple hours later, the owner acted rude, disrespectful and hostile and lowered his quote by a dollar an ounce. In my opinion, I would not recommend doing business at this establishment. more

First, The Coin Shop is NOT a Pawn Shop. Our Staff has over 120 years experience buying and selling precious metals and all coins. When asked what type of coins we purchase I did answer "anything I can make a buck on." That is our business buying and selling coins to make money. We have been in the same location for 30 years and will be for 30 more. \r We are not set up to do retail sales. We have built our business on paying top dollar for coins/gold/jewelry from dealers and the public in cleveland. Maybe you should sell your coins to us if you do not like how much we charge for ours. Terrible 3/10/2010

Terrible- I went here looking to buy some coins (gold,silver) for an investment as well as enjoyment, but I was truly disappointed. The shop is a second rate pawn shop staffed by third rate hustlers. I asked if they had any specialized knowledge in a particular type of coin and was told "anything I can make a buck on". The clerk (and possibly the owner) then proceeded to show me a few overpriced ungraded gold coins he happened to have laying around until he can send them to a real broker to buy. This place isn't what I would call a professional or reliable place to due business. more
