Okay so I make an appointment at his Oviedo location. I show up and the door is locked. I call his Maitland office and I am informed he cancelled today and I got a phone call about it. I said I never got a phone call. Then I was told letters were sent out. I never got a letter.
I gave up on Dr.Cohn for 6 months then tried again. I called and got an immediate appointment. I show up for appointment to find out the scheduler gave me the wrong date! They said they would fit me in I was happy.
Then the assistant brought me in and butcher my last name. She said that was the way the scheduler wrote it.. I looked at it and the scheduler wrote my last name correctly. I showed the assistant and she got very defensive and rude. MY BS meter hit a 10 at that point and I walked out.
I have had enough of his inferior and rude staff. I will never go back.
