I walked into this store hoping that they would provide me a good customer experience. Why assume that a business would care about helping and being friendly to their customers! \r

The associate was unfriendly and did not care to assist me with understanding my request. I felt like telling him ""hello are you listening to what I am saying"". There was another employee there talking negatively about another employee. The employee trying to help me was not helpful at all. I walked out of the store and went back to LensCrafter where they treat their customers better and go over and beyond with customer service.
