Very poor sevice, absolute refusal to stand by their product 4/28/2011

This business sold me a inferior quality pair of glasses. After returning the glasses for repair their staff broke the bridge. On three occassions the glasses actually broke apart while I was wearing them. I was told by the owner that repairs are done at the purchasers risk. I asked that glasses of comparable value be given me at no cost to me. My request was refused and I was told to do what ever I choose to get satisfaction. I rate Cohen;s Fashion Optical at less than 0 more

Say no to Cohen 4/17/2009

Doc told me i had healthy eyes in the exam, but wrote something else on the report. One hour service is more like 1 week service. Quoted one price going into the exam, and charged almost 150% of that after the exam. Attendant interrupts attending me to go answer his cell phone. Crappy, overpriced service. Will do Lens crafters next eye exam. Pros: in a mall Cons: deceptive with price, one hour service? more like one week! more
