Do you have to give Dr. Terri Haberman one star? Just typed a detailed review and it was erased :( Anyway! Basically I went in there because the $29 coupon was attractive to me since my financial situation is poor right now. The doctor was very pleasant until she could not talk me into a contact lense exam and contact lenses. After I told her I could not afford all that now.. she wanted me to try them on. And asked.. what would make you feel more comfortable/better. I told her.. I'm sure they feel great, but I can't go that route right now... I explained I came to have my eyes checked because my vision has gotten so bad with readers recently and I had an old pair of frames I would use for now until I could afford something better. Basically after that she was not pleasant.. she was rude... All of a sudden she told me how the test really wasn't good that I needed a further dialation test.. I asked the cost, and if I could do that then and she said I need to come back after my prescritipon is filled. (I don't understand why) and she had no time to explain it to me.. She was uninterested in my questions and walking out the door as I was talking. She couldn't be bothered with me anymore. A DECENT/GOOD DOCTOR cares about the patient and wants to help them. A good doctor would have told me what was best in my situation. She walked out and didn't even write or have written a prescription for me. They charged me the fee... and I had to ask for a prescription. They said... ""Oh.. you want a prescription?""... jeez.. yeah.. why was I there?... The doctor never said good bye.. nothing.. just walked out in front of me.. and to her next patient. What I was asking and had questions. I wish I would have put that $29 towards a better exam at Costco which I've heard great things about and Walmart. Wish I didn't WASTE ANY MONEY here... It is no wonder they need to suck people in with their $29 coupons. The place is not very professional. However the young man who helped before the doctor was a good experience. The only one. Spend a few more dollars and go somewhere else. Believe me, it is better in the long run.. because now I will be spending more money to be re examined somewhere else.
