Cohens Electronics-Appliances is not always the place I start shopping but it seems to be where I end up. For me, its because when I walk out the door after paying, its not the last time I see them. When I have problems, I don't have to listen to a recorded message over and over only to be told they can't fix my washer for a week and a half (by a computer). . Instead there is a patient and polite real person who cares that I don't want to/can't take the entire day off siting waiting for my washing machine to be repaired. They understand my time is valuable and will work with me. For this reason, I keep going back. I don't mind spending a little more. The products they sell are the highest quality and they stand behind them unlike ANY other local retailer. If you don't have a lot of time to waste, go to Cohen's. more

High Prices on certain things 4/26/2007

Came in here looking for a new dryer for my mom but ended up getting a new stove for myself. I can say that the selection was very small but you know that when you walk in anyway. The prices are a little high for items but it is low for delivery. more

We have used Cohen's for the last few appliances we have bought, as well as our tv. They are great about recommending the product that is best for your needs, and their service department is great. more

Very High Prices 1/30/2006

Cohens has very high prices than i ever imagined.The only positive thing that comes to my mind is that they usually do the free home installations which is great.Customer serivce people are friendly and acknowledged me about pros and cons of the appliance i was planning to buy. But their prices are way high. more

Not bad 6/2/2005

The selection was a little on the small side. Some of the staff were helpfull while others did nothing at all. The prices were a little higher then I am used to, but with shopping around in this area the prices seemed more average. The appliance selection was small, they had more electronics. a decent selection of TV's and sorround sound. more
