I called Cogburns Service General yesterday afternoon and explained to the girl who answers the phone that I need someone to get out here and give me an estimate to replace my ac unit. She said she would have someone contact me as soon as possible, and not ten minutes later, Mr Cogburn himself called and said he would like to come by and talk. I said, "name your day" and he told me he could come by in a few minutes. He came over and we talked for the better part of an hour. He really impressed me. He asked questions, and there was no stumbling around. He answers point blank, whether or not it is what you want to hear. He was very helpful. Paul Bowling more

Always outstanding service! 10/22/2010

Matt did our Fall check-up this past week. He was very professional. In fact, all of the service techs have been very professional. I love both of our Carrier units. They are great and have saved us a lot of money on our utility bills. more

I have been using Cogburns Service General for a couple of years now. They do all of the air conditioning and furnace work for my properties. I have 2 small apartment complexes and 20 something houses that they take car of. They do excellent work and very, very seldom to I have to call them back. Also, they alway call and ask how they did, which is unusual. Most companies just do the work and go about their business, but Cogburns seem to care a little more. And, all the people are nice and friendly. I recommend them to anybody. Patty Bailey more

We have been using Cogburns Service General for probably ten years. We have a have regular maintenance plan, and when we call them, they come right out. I have always been please with their service. Most recently, they installed a whole new system, and they finagled the duct work to make the house heat and cool more efficiently. They did a wonderful job. They are competent professionals, and they always do a good job. And, they are very responsive to your needs and wants. We have no complaints. Erwin Parish more
