This is a wonderful place that I stumbled into quite by accident on a business trip to the Miami metropolitan area. An Atlanta, GA resident , I walked in on a night when about 40 people & a newscrew were present to watch American Idol contestant & local kaoroke star ""Ramiele"" & other contestants be voted off. The energy was high, & everyone was distracted, but the customer service never waivered. When I entered the owner ran up to me, asked me my name & where I was from. He turned & had the entire group greet & welcome me using my first name. The baristas & owner's wife were equally as welcoming. Upon leaving, the owner did the same thing, & everyone sad good-bye to me & I wished their burgeoning star good luck. The icing on the cake is that the coffee & dessert I ordered were right-on, & they got my drink order right. There are many coffee chains around that don't provide this kind of warmth & they almost never get the darn drink right. Take a lesson you corporate java lords. Thank you Coffee Scene for making this weary business traveler feel welcome. Ramiele didn't get voted off that night. I watched from my hotel room, enjoying my iced mocha & turtle cheesecake, & imagining the cheers from the crowd at the Coffee Scene.
Pros: parking, internet, cleanliness, friendliness, office supplies close by for business folk
