Worst

I really was not impressed with this vet. We were taking our new kitten there for her first checkup and all they seemed to try to do was sell us on "organic" pet food and remedies...

Best Vet I have had in 50 years of owning pets! 6/2/2012

Dr. Jordan and I met when I moved near her clinic in March of 1993. It was not just her knowledge and expertise that attracted me to her as my vet, but also her compassion and her full understanding that my pet is a family member, not my property. Her ethical treatment of animals and her moral code when dealing with animals and pet owners is the best I have ever experienced. Dr. Jordan has had to put down two of my pets in the last 19 years, and I will never again have anyone else be with me for such wrenching and personal circumstances. What has always struck me has been Dr. Jordan's ability to personally relate to each and every animal that she sees, and how these animals respond to her in return. Dr. Jordan has become so popular and trusted that most of her customers will wait until she comes back from vacation, or from her days off, before bring their pets into the clinic. She has more than earned that kind of trust and loyalty. more

General feedback and question 3/23/2012

Robert said I would like you all, and he was right. It won't be easy, but I will do all within my power to get Heather and then Max on the raw diet. One Human question..I am new to the area and I would love to be able to find a human doctor for me that operates their practice the way you do. Could you or do you know of such a person in the Santa Rosa Area? Hoping you can help here too....Hugs, Linda Jumangit more

Highest Quality Care 11/17/2011

Extremely reasonable pricing; You are part of the decisions to be made. I love that I can be in the same room when blood needs to be drawn, etc. (even tho I am squeamish, I want to be there for the animal). The cats love the soft towel on the exam table and the Sun Lamp! Dr. Jordan's expertise in diagnosing and implementing Chinese herbs and treatments has ultimately saved the life of JoJo the cat. She saved Isis cat from a cancerous tumor on her leg. By changing their diets to raw balanced foods they have become so much more energetic and yet calmer--especially my dog who has always been so hyper. This is the place to go if you are all about healthy animals and you want them around as long as possible. The entire staff is knowledgeable and kind to people and animals and listen to your concerns and have great solutions. In short I would recommend this Vet Clinic to anyone who feels their present veterinary care is missing something or if you would just like more choices. Darlene Bernier more

Great diet recommendations! 11/16/2011

I was so pleased to find out more about what I should be feeding my pets. Not just the basics either, but what's good for them as individuals. It's nice to get advice that isn't centered at what they sell either, I think about my cat (no longer has hairballs) and dog (no longer has UTI's) at the grocery store, too! Excellent clinic! more

My Vet for 17 years 7/23/2010

Good: I think Dr. Jordan is an excellent Vet with years of experience and really knows her stuff. Her staff is there for the animal but for you as well. I always find her professional and very informative on alternative medicine as well as regular veterinary care. I highly recommend Dr. Jordan.. Bad: Yes it is small, but not cluttered. She does a lot with a little.. more

Just another place where they try to sell you something. 4/9/2006

I really was not impressed with this vet. We were taking our new kitten there for her first checkup and all they seemed to try to do was sell us on "organic" pet food and remedies. The staff was rude and the doctor seemed lost. The facility was not professional - cramped, cluttered and not what I was looking for. The receptionists/technicians act as though they know what is best for your pet and treat you like an idiot. Don't go here. more
