Great Food, Great Price 8/11/2007

Coconut Grove is my favorite place to eat lunch at the Great Mall. It is inexpensive, very tasty, and I stay full for the rest of the day. The soup they give you with lunch is so yummy. I don't even know what they call it, but I can't stop eating it. The chicken dishes are the best. more

The flavors aren't bad as long as you stick with the traditional items such as roti canai, kangkung with belacan, nasi lemak, rendang. The roti prata is very good! Of course any food place in a mall is usually a fusion of flavors, thai and malaysian. The place is clean and nicely decorated. However I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here, but if I'm in the area, it's certainly somewhere I'd choose to eat at. more

Thai, Malaysian, and Indian Foods 8/12/2005

Coconut Grove has to be the best Thai restaurant in the Milpitas area! I am in love with it! They have fair prices and their restaurant is wonderfully decorated. Their service is amazing and the food is served up in just minutes! If you're a vegetarian, you are in luck because they have vegetarian versions of their most famous dishes. I highly recommend it!! more

Great Malaysian/Singapore Food 8/11/2005

This place offers great food. Just about everything on the menu is delicious. I recommend the Indian flat bread with the curry dipping sauce. Its a light appetizer, but its EXCELLENT! They have a range of light foods like their almond salad to heavier foods like Mongolian beef over fried rice. The restaurant tips the scale as a little pricey, but if you appreciate well-prepared food, this a the place to take your friends and family. Plus, the mall is so close by that you could walk off a nice big meal. more

coconut grove! 8/5/2005

Coconut Grove is a great modern restaurant for thai and indian cuisine. The prices are a bit expensive, but the food is totally worth it. I recommend the Pad Thai or Mee Goreng, they are so delicious! Customer service is great, and the cleanliness and the decorations are so nice. Best thing is that they have vegetarian dishes that are great too!. Come here during lunch, it is cheaper and includes rice and soup of the day. more
