After looking every where for a wedding dress pleasing to my eye, I came across Cocoa Couture and as soon as I walked in I was greeted and welcomed right in. I look through about 4 dresses when I came across my dream dress. Alexis tailored the dress for me. I love how knowledgeable she was knowing what was best and what didn't or did look right. A friend of mine is getting married and made the mistake of choosing this dress shop for her gown and her bridesmaids'. In the time I have I had to interact with the employees at this store, I have experienced a great deal of stress. These people are very unprofessional. They are incapable of admitting their own mistakes and blame any issues on previous employees. When I explained an issue I was having over the phone, one of the employees actually laughed at me! Customer service means nothing to them, because they know that once you buy your bridal gown there, you won't have to use them for any other reason. If you have another choice, go to the other store first! Otherwise, you will be in tears when your gown shows up ruined with little time to spare. more

I stopped at this shop yesterday looking for a bridal gown with a mid day appointment and was surprised at how large it was. They have a awesome selection of bridal gowns and mother gowns considering my mom was tickled too. I FELL IN LOVE with a paloma blanca wedding gown that was to die for. Their service was great! I had one on one attention for two hours and everyone in the shop commented on me at some point. We also had a good time picking out a gown for my mom, she ended up going with a jovani that the manager had pulled for her last minute. They really had us feeling like royalty. I am going to hit a couple other places and most likely go back for the paloma blanca next saturday if nothig can beat it. Pros: dress selection and customer service Cons: higher end priced boutique more

Was shocked at the lack of customer service this place provided. I hear that they act differnt when it is for your wedding dress, but if shopping for Bridesmaids and mother of the bride dress--better not interrupt the tv show that the MANAGER is watching...Really--Not a way to run a business that is supposed to be focused on the Best customer service of your life because it is the most important day of your life--or at least the most memorable! My recommendation is for the sales staff to take some lessons on customer service and paying attention to the people that are potiential clients and turn off the TV as well as stop having conversations across people in front of your customers that have nothing to do with the people standing in front of you. If I had one of my managers do what he did to us--He would of been warned or if second offense--FIRED !!! Oh and cant forget -dont ask them anything about where to go to try things on, help with trying things on or what colors things come in--because it is supposed to be ASSUMED that you already know that !!! NOT a very personable business--their NOSES are up in the air--and def need to come back down to earth -at least eye level with your customers!!!!! I did NOT give them my business--I drove an hour further to give my business to someone else who actually talked to us more than 2 words! Pros: Is there anything--Wouldnt give them ANY of my business... Cons: NO Customer Service !!!! more

My mother and I went there on a Saturday (you would expect the place to be busy- but it wasn't and this should have been our first warning). When we walked in we were surprised to see a male employee sitting on a couch watching television, a female employee behind the counter eating lunch (which smelled up the entire place), and another female employee walking around in flip flops and jeans! Despite the immediate thought to turn around and leave, my mom did try on some dresses. They do have the largest selection of mother of the bride dresses in the area and I will say the woman who helped us was nice while we were there. However, she was suppose to check on four of the dresses and call us back and let us know if they could be ordered in time and what colors were available. Not surprisingly, she never called and we had to call them. AND when we did call them they didn't know what we were talking about. The entire place seems really disorganized. I am just so thankful that I didn't purchase my wedding dress there! Pros: Good selection for mother of the bride Cons: It is the most unprofessional bridal salon more
