Coco & Buff Salon

I just had my hair cut at Coco & Buff Salon for the first time and I really love it! I called them on very short notice to see if I could get a cut and they accomodated me no problem. Everyone from the receptionist to the shampoo girl were very nice and professional, and my stylist, Bob, did a fantastic job on my hair, even though I gave him a rather vague idea of what I wanted. Plus he shared some great drying and styling tips that should make it easier to keep it looking nice. I think I won't be sticking it up in a ponytail/twist/bun nearly as often! I have to say I was so impressed by the knowledge of the stylist doing my hair. I made an appointment after being referred to the salon by a friend. I was so happy with the results I've returned again and again. \r I had been to another local salon prior to going to Coco and Buff and had a terrible color job that left my hair dry and brittle with an orange tint. The stylist immediately assured me that he could fix the color and restore my dry brittle hair. I was a little nervous but was quickly reassured by his confidence and knowledge of color and products. My hair turned out beautifully! Not only was the color vibrant and shiny my hair was soft and healthy looking. I couldn't believe how easy he made it seem. He also provided me with products to keep the color fresh and my hair healthy! What a relief to finally find a salon that not only knows how to give terrific cuts but clearly knows how the whole color process works!! I was recomended to the salon from a number of co-workers that have all had great experiences. So I decided to go to their website and check it out the price list and services offered. The reason I mention this is because the site is a great representation of the salon - it is sleek and up to date. After a little research I decided to make an appointment. From the time I walked through the door I would have to say that I was extremely impressed with the great service and freindly atmosphere. Now to my highlight and cut experience. I have been in many salons where the my stylist just asked what I wanted and said ""ok"" and off we went. What I liked about this salon was that they not only listened to what I wanted but also offered suggestions as to what they thought might look good. I decided to take their suggestion and what a difference it made. I have received so many compliments and for once my husband noticed my hair. I can't even tell you how good I felt. I got this great recommendation from a friend about 10 years ago to go see a specific stylist at Coco and Buff Salon and much to my excitement and satisfaction she is still cutting, hi-lighting and styling my hair. My hair always turns out exactly as I envision it prior to my stylist beginning. I'm also happy to say that everybody at the salon is fun and easy to get along with. They all help one another if the need arises and everyone from the receptionist to the shampoo girl has a smile on her face and goes out of her way to make sure that you are comfortable and well taken care of. Going to Coco and Buff Salon is always a very satisfying and relaxing way to ultimately end up beautiful. Try it... you owe it to yourself to have a little Coco and Buff!!!! I should have known from the location that this place was junk. Receptionist seemed friendly on the phone when I made the appointment, but looked at me in total shock when I arrived, as if I didn't have an appointment. The stylist, whom was supposed to do my hair, sat in her chair and said that she still had a hair cut to do.
