The most friendly company I worked with 6/1/2011

They were great! The office staff I talked with were great, very friendly! The great service continued when the brothers came to check out the roof and gave me a free estimate. They had great prices that were in line with all the other estimates I got but they were the one I went with and I am glad I did! I now have a great new roof that looks great! Recommended to my family 3/13/2011

My brother and wife need a new roof. I recommended Cochran Brothers because they did a beautiful job on our roof 5 years ago and it's still beautiful and we have had no problems. I realized when I told him about them again I had forgot to write a review. Word of mouth is so much better than stranger's writings but I felt I needed to say something. They were very professional and courteous while working on the roof. They were quick and you could not tell they were ever there except for the new roof. I would recommend them to everyone I know and have many times. \r more

Great roof job! 3/11/2011

I had my roof done by Cochran Brothers Roofing, Inc. 11 years ago and have never had a problem! They were very professional and I was happy with the price. I will need a new roof soon, due to the storm damage, and I will definitely use them again. more

They don't back their warranty 4/11/2009

Three days after these guys finished my roof, it leaked. They told me it was my problem, and I should buy some roof cement to patch it. They refused to do the repairs. The county inspector failed the roof, so I now have an expensive, leaking, substandard roof. I would give 0 stars if I could. Cons: My new roof leaks, and they will not fix it more
