Coccolare Spa

I had a wonderful experience at this spa. The best thing about Coccolare Spa is they not only offer spa services but they have a great consulting team that will sit with you and write a skin care program for you. They have treatments that most spa's do not offer. I purchased a great skin care line and I can see the results of it. I cannot thank the staff enough. Massages and Pedicures are great. All of my friends will receive a Coccolare Spa gift card for holidays and birthdays. more

The spa is ok...they are always running behind. They have no customer service skills and when I called to talk to the adminstrator she was very rude and did not care if she got my business or not. The service I had was ordinary and the atmosphere was not spa like at all The carpets were stained the ceiling where dirty from leaking water. Their retail items are outrageous in price. This is an extremely clean and calming environment. The staff is excellent. Dr. Delatte is an extremely great Dr. who works well with his patients. I choice Dr. Delatte to perform my elective procedure over 1 1/2 ago and could not be more satisfied with my choice of him and his facility. Everything went smoothly and everyone was extremely helpful. I have friends that have done the same procedure elsewhere and their results do not even compare slightly to mine. The work they do is simply incredible. I had zero hassle the whole time. Anything I needed was taken care of. I would never consider another place or Dr. after going here. I went here one day to gather some information and the "young" and what seemed inexperienced ladies at the front desk were really rude. It was an act of congress to get any info out of them and when I did they were not very friendly. If the ladies at the front desk are like this then I'm really not interested in the rest of the staff. The ladies acted as though they did not need my nor anyone else's business. This place is well known in Lafayette and for good reason. They offer so many different services. Check out the website to find out. They have great customer service and a great atmosphere for you to get away from the hussle and bussle of life and relax.
