Cobblestone Shoe Hospital

Cobblestone Shoe Wreck, is a very racist, nasty place. I am a professional black doctor. And, I went there during my lunch break. When I arrive inside the store, the owner was talking to a gentlemen about his sick dad in he hospital. He did not say hello or even acknowledge me while I was in that store.. The store is very, very small, so I just stood there with my shoes in my hand. As the guy was walking out of the store, they were still talking in a conversation, then his phone began to ring. As his phone was ringing, he picked it up and even waited for it to rang again. He answered the phone, and the owner just looked at me. He did not say anything to me. So I walked out. I never will return to that racist place again, please, boycott it please more

I have taken all my shoes that need TLC to Cobblestone Shoe Repair. It smells like an old fashioned cobbler the moment you enter the door. They do great work on shoes and other leather goods. more

This store is located in an area of Dallas that probably gets them a lot of business. They stay must stay alive based on this and not the quality of their work. They are simply not craftsmen!! Expect very sloppy work and a bad attitude when you complain. If you expend the time and money to repair your shoes, you obviously know the difference between quality and slop. Try to find a small shop. more

I left a piece of Travelpro luggage with Cobblestone. It is a small travel bag. \r It had a small hole in the side around the area of the zipper. The area was not torn. The stitching had come undone. I had the hole repaired and was very disappointed. It looks like it took the person maybe 5 minutes to do the repair and they charged me 16 dollars. A picture is worth a thousand words. You can tell it had been repaired. It is all wrinkled and looks like crap!\r When I asked the person about the repair he was insulted and was rude. He asked me why I kept trying the zipper and looking at the repair. \r You decide for yourself what you think. Good luck! more

I've been going to Cobblestone since I've been an employee of SMU. They offer discounts too! I love their work although a little pricey but it's worth it. more

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED/UPSET with this establishment!!!! My family has used Cobblestone in Fort Worth for years. However, last year I sent my Coach diaper bag in for a strap fixed. I payed for the repairs at that time and was told they needed to send it to the Dallas location. I was then handed a tiny claim ticket as record of my payment and bag (this bag was a gift from my Husband and retails for $450.00). Unfortunately, my toddler had got hold of my purse and wallet misplacing my ticket. Shoot! Sorry! Things happen! When I went to claim my bag, they told me that because I did not have my tiny claim ticket that they could not locate my bag ANY other way! WOW! I thought it was 2009 (2008 at that time) and they cannot locate my bag? I believe they CAN locate it but WON'T! Sounds fishy to me. This establishment is shady! I call from time to time checking to see if they have found it. I am not only angry over this, but heartbroken! This bag was a gift from my Husband for our first child t more

I have used this place before, time and time again. They have good prices and excellent customer service. I don't know why anyone would complain, it does get busy on some days, and you do have to wait in line but most of the time I get there, there is maybe 1-2 people in the store with you. They have most of everything I'm looking for, and if I just scuffed my boots I know I can get in and out of there in my lunch hour to fix it. more

I had a favorite pair of shoes that were hopeless. I went in to this shop thnking the worst. The did a fantastic job. The prices are not bad. I had my shoes back the next day. more
