My car was very dirty from a recent road trip. Went to cobblestone on Alma School and Germann for a car wash. I got the basic car wash with hand dry ($12) and a hand wax ($15). I had an internet coupon for $15 for hand wax. \r
Those guys were trying to charge me $18 for it saying the rate on the coupon was wrong, I resisted a bit and they returned me 3 bucks, so no big complains there. \r
When the car was done, the passenger side had big spots of dirt still left on it. I am not talking minor spots, believe me, you could see these from 200 feet away, the entire rubber thing below the window was covered with dirt. I don't know, what good is ""hand dry"" and ""hand wax"" if the guy doing it doesn't see the car is not clean and just waxes over the dirt like a robot with no eyes.\r
\r
They shined the tires too, but again the passenger side tire rim was comlpletely covered with dirt. it looked real ugly, clearly the car wash does not clean the car well and there is no quality control, guys wiping and waxing the car just do what they are told without looking if the car is even clean.\r
I called the guy and had him wipe the tire rim and the passenger side, but still there was quite a bit of dirt left. I was feeling bad for being too picky and drove off with a not-so-clean car and a bad experience. Later I wiped most of the dirt myself at home, but the car looks like it needs another wash.\r
\r
The Wax job was nice, but they put some kind of black powder stuff on the windows, don't know what it is, but it has ruined one of my shirts already. I think it is to keep water (and people) from sticking to the glass. \r

They do have free popcorn and wireless internet access. Unless you go to a carwash just to gobble up free popcorn and surf the internet, avoid this place. I've been to Weiss guy on AZ ave in past, they were pretty decent. I will never go to cobblestone ever again.
Pros: Free popcorn, internet access
Cons: Car still filthy after wash, No quality check, Tried to overcharge me
