Got to say, firstedly, I am an authoritay on this herin subject. As I?ve checked on my periodically, the rent price gone up repeatedly, too expensive to live, and unrightedly so, I'd definitely have to say to ya! The AC's or the vintilation dont work too good cuz the box has some HIIIIGGGGHHH light bills. Air has to run forever just to keep it under 76 degress. Staff is nice enough but it really depends on who you talk to. Main squueze down there is aok but I'll be gosh darn ifyou thank she's gonna get your maintenance fixed. Most you can hope for is that an illegal citizen might do some shotty work you wouldnt recommend to your mother, not that I have one any more. Mine said I was stupid and too easy. But all thats is beside the point. I have to positively recomend you to this place if yous favorite things in life is hill Billy behaviur, midnight car repairs, mold inside walls, animal manure in the lawn, tiny bits of subtle racism, clunkers, datin your brother, payin too much for too little, leaky roofs, illegally medicated neigbors, people on parole, fly by night acts, and walls with varments of all critters, police visits, or illegal type amigo maintnance crew. If you dont like your neigbor, dont worry they might be gone in a few weeks, rent default you know. Me I moved when my last lease ended. Cant believe I made it a hole year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This has been my own opinions. They may not reprisent others opinions. It is for entertainment purposes only. This apt. complex is Unsanitary BIG TIME also have BAD management , management is no help you always have to fix your own complex problems, they are not pet friendly owners let there dogs go loose and chase the residents a dog that a residents had chased me from the parking lot to the complex and almos bit me !! i ALWAYS had water leaks inside the complex, when i say UNSANITARY its because most of the complex have pest problems like RATS,ROCHES etc. , A/C always goes out they dont fix untill months of complaning and management say if you have a problem move out or PAY more for a DIFFERENT APT. its noisy because there is aolt of people living in one complex i would NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE TO MOVE IN!!!! management DOES NOT CARE Pros: a roof over your head Cons: smell,dirty,roches,rats,not pet friendly,noisy,Unsanitary more

Cobble creek apartments is an average apartments complex ranging from the $575-810 right now (2007) it is undergoing some renovations. It isn't a very new or gorgeous complex but it isn't dirty, scary, or falling apart either. There aren?t any over the top amenities but that?s what brings the price down. The people around aren?t mean, but don't expect anyone to ask if you need help moving your stuff in. It isn't noisy and has a fairly good location for Tomball. The managment is fairly nice. It is a great place if you have pets, especially dogs. Not the worst apartments but not the best either. You get what you pay for. more
