I have to move closer to work but am hoping I can move back here sometime in the future. I have really enjoyed my past year here. The maintenance is the best part about this place...

Love it 2/16/2012

I am so happy that I chose Cobble Creek. I moved here from out of state and did not even get to see my apartment before I go here. I feel so lucky that I chose such a great place. My apartment was super clean and the staff is so helpful. They really made my transistionfrom out of state helpful, they even sent me little move in stickers to put on my boxes. I thought that was awesome. I would recommend Cobble Creek to anyone looking for a great place to live. more

/best Apartments is Salt Lake 1/12/2012

I recently moved back into Cobble Creek and I couldn't be happier. The last apartment I lived at really made me realize how great it is here and I never want to leave. My apartment was so clean when I moved in. The service is great, they really go above and beyond. The other day I went into the office to ask for directions and the girl was nice enough to print them off for me. And maintenance is awesome, I called in to get my doorbell fixed and told them to come over whenever they could since it wasn't a huge deal and they had someone to my place in like 2 hours. And the maintenance men are always so nice. As long as I am renting I will stay here. more

Most beautiful grounds in Salt Lake City 12/13/2011

Cobble Creek has the most beautiful grounds. The property is gorgeous year round. I love coming home to such a beautiful place. It calms my soul to be home! more

Maintenance at Cobble Creek is AWESOME!!! They always take care of my problems and they are so kind and thoughtful. They leave me a little treat every time they stop by, They are so quick too. more

Great apartment for the price 9/15/2011

this place is really nice. I have really enjoyed the scenery and the apartment is large. I have recommended Cobble Creek many times to my family and friends. They give you $300 for every person you can get to move in. That has been easy for me to get because my friends come to my place and really like it here too. more

Great Community 8/25/2011

Cobble Creek is filled with a friendly staff, friendly neighbors and friendly ducks! Cobble Creek is a hidden treasure and brings me a calm feeling everytime I come home. The staff does a great job keeping up the place. I would give this place 10 stars if that were an option. more

Most Beautiful Apartments in Utah 8/2/2011

I know that anyone that lives here will think the same way about Cobble Creek. It is so beautiful here. The trees and the ponds make you feel like you are in the mountains. It is really beautiful especially by the pool. The mountains in the background and the sound of fountains in the ponds with the gorgeous huge pine trees all around. I recommend Cobble Creek just on the views and the spectacular landscape. I am really impressed! more

So far so great! I have loved everything about my new apartment. My closet is giant and the patio is huge! I have told all of my coworkers about Cobble Creek and I will tell anyone who will listen how much I love my new place. more

So PRETTY! 6/14/2011

I move here from Dallas during the winter and I am amazed as to how pretty Cobble Creek is. I live in a huge one bedroom facing a pond, I have had a great experience here and plan on renewing my lease when it comes up. The office staff is very helpful and friendly and anytime I've had repairs to be done in my apartment, they were taken care of the same day if not the next. This place is great. more

Great place to live 4/12/2011

My husband and I have lived here for about 3 years and we absolutely LOVE IT. The landscaping is amazing and they always have people here maintaining it. The ducks can be a bit messy but they are great to have around. About a year ago the management installed a washer & dryer in out apartment and we were so happy. Beautiful apartment, amazing landscaping, great staff office and maintenance, quiet and the sound of water falls every where. We plan on staying here for another 2 years until my husband graduates college then we will be forced to move out of state. I have and would recommend anyone to live here. We have been so happy. more

Great Community 6/20/2008

This apartment community has been a great place to live. I love the ducks and ponds. It is so fun to just go out and feed the ducks and watch the fish in the ponds. My husband and I have loved living here. We recently bought a home but we were greatful that we got to spend some time at Cobble Creek. Also the staff was so friendly. The maintenance guys are great.
