Visit went great! I went to Dr. Coats because I needed a root canal and a wisdom tooth extracted. The visit went well. The staff was very nice and so was Dr. Coats. It didn't take as long as I thought it would. For both procedures it took about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. I will definitely be going back. more

I was DREADING a visit to the dentist and WOW was I surprised! Everyone was welcoming and friendly. I was seen ON TIME and it took less time for the visit than I planned on. Everyone really knew what they were doing and I felt VERY taken care of. NO discomfort at all! I am actually looking forward to going back! Dr. Coats is so professional and friendly. I feel she cared about my needs getting taken care of. Her team is a reflection of her high standards for patient care! more

I have been going to Dr Coats at Grapevine Dental for several years and I have always had the best care. All of the staff are friendly and know you when you walk in the door. If I have any questions they always answer them completely. I love that she is up on all the newest technology. I love Ashley the hygienist. She is the best. more

I took a picture of myself with all of the futuristic contraptions surrounding my face during some routine fillings. I look like I'm the test pilot for a space interceptor in the year 2036. It made the typically uncomfortable event a somewhat enjoyable experience; that's saying a lot for dental work. I do wish my dental insurance covered more of the recommended services, but that is a ding on insurance not Dr. Coats. more

ASSISTANT ANGELA WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY CARING TO MY NEEDS. DR.COATS IS VERY THOROUGH IN EXPLAINING WHAT SHE WILL BE DOING. SHES VERY GENTLE AND A SOFT TOUCH WBEN DEALING WITH MY MOUTH. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS ANYTHING DONE. ILL USE THEM FROM HERE ON OUT. THANKS AGAIN LADIES FOR YOUR GREAT JOB. GREAT ATMOSPHERE - FRIENDLY STAFF 4/13/2012

Just moved myself and my daughter to Dr. Coats and I am VERY impressed. The staff is very friendly and made me feel right at ease. Extremely professional and I love the feel of the atmosphere in the office. Especially impressed with the ZOOM whitening!! more

There is no better place to go than Grapevine Dental Care. Becky Coats is a great dentist; her staff is excellent from the ladies in the front to the the hygienists and techs in the back. They always make you feel comfortable and at ease and do a great job on your teeth. more

The best dental experience by far 1/11/2012

I had been going to my previous dentist for 15 years. I recently moved to grapevine and was off yesterday to take my children to their dental appointments with a pediatric dentist and made a call just to see if they had an opening, they went above and beyond to get me in for a complete exam with a cleaning. When I arrived ALL of the staff was very pleasant! Dr. Coats explained everything to me in terms I could understand and allowed ME to make the decisions without being pushy, like some dentists are. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist more

Seriously Legit 10/14/2011

I've been to a few dentists in my life time, and few if none have been as honest and caring as this one. Not to mention Dr. Coats radiates intelligence and competence. I dont have a whole lot of respect for most people but with only her actions and few words she has gained mine, its honestly quite a feat. Not to mention most of the staff seems to be quite legit as well, she surrounds herself with good people. more
