I was looking for a bigger home for my big family, I contacted lots of real estate companies, but was not satisfied by their customer service experience once I called them. THey never seemed to return phone calls on a timely basis. One of my friends finally referred me to Coastline Properties, and once contacted them they responded very quickly and provided me with some great advice as I begin the home hunting process. I must say I am truly impressed, and feel they were excellent and I highly recommend them. more

I had worked with other local Real Estate companies, but not happy at all with their work ethic. Not only were they extremely helpful with their Real Estate advice, they understand the market and their website is always up to date with the latest information going on locally that is impacting real estate prices. I do not TRUST any other Real Estate Agency in the City, and you shouldn't either. Next time you talk to your Realtor ask them, if you should buy or sell and you will see them do a dance trying to figure out what to say to you. Once you meet Cheri Sperling and her team you will know your in the right place. They will answer all your questions straight up without fluff. There is a time to buy and sell in Real Estate and once you know the market data you will able to make a very informed decision. Having a Realtor to help meet my needs made all the difference.
