The Staff at Coastal Is Great 3/6/2014

Buying an automobile should be a happy experience, not just on the day of purchase, throughout the years that follow. The Service staff is one of the reasons we came back to purchase four automobiles in a 3 year period. Keep up the good work! more

Customer Service Experts 2/28/2014

I don't know how the other Hyundai dealerships are, but if you can make them all like Coastal Hyundai, the public would be gaining a great benefit. I just can't say enough great things about John Lyons, my salesman. John makes me feel like family (since 2006) and I will be buying my next (third) Hyundai from John. Amanda Trainer is also a gem at Coastal. Amanda is absolutely the best service advisor ever. I have done business with Amanda since 2006 as well. I can buy a BMW or a Lexus, but it is due to the high quality people at Coastal and the fact that the Genesis and Equus are superior vehicles, that I remain a loyal Hyundai customer. more

Had an apt scheduled for a Tuesday. When I got there part was not there so I was told to come back on Thursday anytime. They were very busy when I arrived but they slid me in and got me out of there very prompt. Service was very good more
