Dr Smith utilizes a variety of therapies for optimal healing, is concerned about keeping the costs of care as reasonable as possible, and is interested getting the patient back to normal and feeling great as soon as possible. Dr Smith trained with and ran one of the nations leading scoliosis clinics in the country. He has found many methods to treat different types of curvatures of the spine…be it scoliosis, lack of neck curve, sway back and other postural problems.
Dr Smith enjoys resounding success in the treatment of disc and nerve pain of the spine, utilising decompression therapy and accompanying therapies.
A new addition to our office is laser treatment which is used to stimulate healing. This treatment is great for chronic and acute problems, such as tendonitis, bursitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, nerve pain, disc injuries, and many other conditions.
If you have a disc or nerve problem, we have everything needed to successfully treat your condition, and if we feel that your condition is beyond our ability to help, we will make sure you get the right referral.
Dr Smith is certified in applied kinesiology (similar to acupressure), to help bring about balance to the muscles and organ reflexes. He also utilises nutrition to bring a patient to optimal health. He has found much success with treating dyslexia as well as other problems using kinesiology.
