It is always great to know someone who owns a body shop but the truth is that the Boyd's treat everyone like they know them. They give everyone the same quality repair work and the same level of customer service they give their friends. Everyone is treated like a VIP at Coastal Body Works. Rarely is anyone excited to be a customer at a repair shop but they go to great lengths to make the experience as pleasant as possible. more

Thanks Travis for the helping hand replacing my door handle. I was really getting tired of rolling down the window just to open the door...! I'll recommend Coastal to anyone looking for an example of good customer service in Pensacola, and especially to any one looking for a great body shop. more

They make a bad experience pleasurable. 8/31/2010

Coastal Body Works makes it easy. When someone has an accident, everything is topsy turvy. Most people don't know what to do or what to expect. The moment you walk in the door at Coastal Body Works they take care of everything. You can walk in, drop off the keys, and the next time you visit them they will be handing the keys back. The job is done. The whole experience is painless. This was the second time I used Coastal Body Works; I had used them once before in 1992. The car looks great. It looks as good as new, if not a little better. It is incredibly easy to use them. more

Great Customer Service! 8/22/2010

I have used the services of Coastal Body Works on three different occasions. Each time, the work was meticulous and my car was just as beautiful as before it's accident. Customer service by everyone there was above and beyond. Highly recommend Coastal Body Works to EVERYONE! more

For a wrecked car, it was outstanding 8/17/2010

A friend of mine had used Coastal Body Works after a vehicle wreck, and he recommended them to me after an accident a couple weeks ago. I got hit in my wife's car, and Coastal had to replace the whole front end of my car. They had everything posted on the Internet regarding the work they were doing om my specific car. The whole process, they show you everything that's going on, and I had my car back really fast. It turned out great. One of my friends couldn't even tell that I've been in an accident. I've already recommended them actually. You can't beat their quality of work, their honesty, and they're there every step of the way to help you out. It far exceeded my expectations. more
