This is the most unprofessional company I have ever experienced. They make excuse after excuse not to fix anything. Make sure you have everything in writing and thoroughly inspect the property before you sign a lease.Go elsewhere....it's not worth the trouble more

If you are thinking of renting an apt from these people, think again! You'd have a more updated place living in a shack. Greg Clide is a fat, lazy slumlord who will NEVER keep up the property, respond in an emergency or care if you have noisy neighbors. He does not check out ANY of the ppl he rents to. Do yourself a HUGE favor and keep looking!! more
