Revised Review 7/13/2011

When I wrote my previous review, I complained about price gouging at this clinic. At the same time, I wrote a similar letter to Dr. Molina-Brisson. Not only did he email me, but he called me personally to "make things right". I will give this clinic another chance. more

Great place! 4/30/2010

I have been going to Andes for over 12 yrs. on and off with my five pets, because I wanted to try other places. I always come back:\r very friendly staff, great service, doctors are very personable\r and fair prices, they always offered an estimate if the problem is too serious. I haven sent them lots of people. The only problem is that sometimes it can get crowded, but once you are in the room they don't rush you. They are stuck with me now! more

Excellent! 3/11/2010

I have taken my dog to Andes since 2003. Dr. Molina-Brisson, his associates and staff have been uniformly wonderful from the beginning to our emergency visit yesterday for an apparently serious intestinal problem. I informed the doctor that my financial resources were limited he sat down and listed his reccomendations along withthe fees and we agreed on a treatment regimen, which has produced rapid results.\r \r Compared to what I have paid elsewhere, the fees are very reasonable. The expectation of payment at the time of service is common for most successful small service businesses. I have referred several dog park friends, and the only complaint I have heard was that the doctor told one couple that their dogs were dangerously over-weight. They admitted that it was true, and the last time I saw the dogs they had lost noticible weight. more

Andes Animal Hospital is the Best!! 12/10/2009

I have been going to Andes for a few years now. Dr. Molina has always treated my animals with kindness. When my cat got sick, he saved her life. it did cost money. Keeping animals healty does cost money and every vet I went to was no different. They expect to be paid for their services and rightly so. He showed us how to give our cat fluids to save the cost of bringing her in. When we took in a family member's dog on a temporary basis, he gave her a checkup and gave us low cost solutions to help her as she is old and has arthritis. He did not order expensive testing or tell us she needed stuff when she didn't. He has always been fair and kind to us. He does speak his mind and has even chastised me when he felt he needed to, but a lot of people don't like to hear the facts. I would definitely recommend Dr. Molina. The staff has always been very kind to me and if they didn't know the answer, they found out and called me back. more

Andes Animal Hospital, it is about the $$$$$$ 9/20/2009

Do not like the doctor. Dr. Molina is a mediocre vet, but it is truly all about the money for him. My daughter moved out of state and I was the caretaker for her dog. Andes was the animal hospital she chose. Talking to the staff regarding issues is painful at best. Molina made a remark to me that surely indicated that it is all about money for him. Thank God a friend recommend Connechusett Animal Hospital. Connechusett is a great animal hospital, Andes is wicked bad. more
