I despise dental appointments. However, I must say that is much changed when I visited Dr. Miremami for a root canal! Absolutely, no pain I experienced and for my best knowledge of circumstances he was explaining and reasoning professionally well. Thank you Dr. Miremami for a surprisingly comfortable experience. My experiences with Dr. Reza Miremami has been wonderful! I have received a clear and detail response for all of my questions both from staff and Dr. Miremami himself. The staff members are friendly and the office environment is reasonable. I am very pleased with the dental work he has done for me. I went to Coast Dental in Powder Springs about 1 1/2 years ago to get a root canal and have a crown put on. I saw Dr Reza Miremami. First of all, I had a terrible experience with the root canal it took him 6 times to numb my tooth. Every ingection hurt like crazy, and he seemed to numb everything but my tooth!!!! And after all that, my crown came off yesterday and I was told I would have to pay over $200 to get it put back on. Originally Dr Reza Miremami told me that the crown should last for over 5 years. But now I find out that he does not guaruntee his work! He won't even see me without charging me $67 just to talk to him! That is so ridiculous!!!!!!! I'm sorry but if he had done a proper job in the first place I wouldn't be in this situation. So why should I have to pay for his screw up? Pros: they will lighten your wallet........ Cons: their work will not last, and it is very painful....... more

I had a dental appointment with Dr. Reza Miremami, Coast Dental Office, 3709 New Macland Road, Suite 210, Powder Springs, Georgia 30127, (770) 222-3300 on 28 May 2009 at 1:00 pm. \r \r After receiving a cleaning, I was asked to pay a co-pay of $5.00. I do not carry any cash with me and told the receptionist that I will be back in Monday to pay the $5.00. I have always paid my bills at that particular dental office and always on time. I have never left a bill unpaid or in arrears. However, the Latino receptionist became EXTREMELY irate in front of other patients who were sitting in the waiting lounge area. She was loud, rude and abrupt and shouted, \r \r “Whenever I go to the doctor, I always go prepared. This is ridiculous! I'm going to start collecting the money from you people before you get service!” \r \r She then rolled her eyes and stormed back into a backroom area. \r \r I am amazed and extremely disappointed that Dr. Miremami would hire someone who is clearly not qualified nor suited to serve the public. Her attitude toward his patients is always extremely unprofessional; and it is for that reason why I will never go back to his office; and will also tell others (friends who just moved in this area who are looking for a doctor and dentist) not to go to his office. Additionally, I was not aware of the co-pay cost when I went in for my appointment. \r \r I have fantastic dental and medical insurance. This is why it is unnecessary for Dr. Miremami’s staff to treat his patients with such disrespect and unprofessional behavior whenever they to into his office Pros: There are none.. I left here with all smiles. After my wife had her cleaning I decided it was my time. The staff was very friendly, took interest in my family and made me feel really good about my visit. Oh, my cleaning was wonderfully and pain free. Pros: Two Thumbs up Cons: nothing to mention more
