This place came highly recommended by my vet. It took several tries before I was able to get reservations. They are in high demand, and they don't board a lot of dogs at one time like many other commercial boarding facilities. This is really great as their doggie guests get a lot of individual attention. My dogs came home happy, and I was happy knowing my dogs were in a beautiful, clean, safe and loving environment. more

Pass on this place. They do a great job with the dogs and the staff is top notch, but the owner (she must be the owner or she would have been fired for her behavior) has no appreciation for her clientele. I have been a loyal patron and advocate for CCCC over the years, but the owner must have so much business that she feels that she need not deal with her clients in a professional manner. Her angry attitude when I simply wanted to understand the bill is completely unacceptable (NOT Questioning the bill, just wanting to understand the calculation of charges). Over the years I have spend a couple grand at this place-i'm still fuming about the confrontation. \r \r BOTTOM LINE: There are a lot of great kennels out there-LOOK ELSEWHERE. I WILL NEVER BOARD MY DOG OR RECOMMEND THIS KENNEL TO ANYONE AGAIN. Really sad-the staff is great and over the years I have really been satisfied with CCCC. The owner needs to take a vacation or get on meds.... more
