I initially came to this class last Spring because personal training classes at the gym were getting too ridiculously expensive for what they offered (kids with virtually no training). What I found was this boot camp class is just as effective as the training classes, and more motivating because the instructor is great and fit, and the location is super accessible and quick to get to (unlike the beach boot camp classes). Also, the time is great, 6-7 at night, which works for someone like me who may not be able to make all the morning classes due to work. Our instructor really cares about changing up our classes, and adding more fitness tools for us to use all the time, so the class never gets boring. I would definitely recommend this class to most fitness levels, as she offers low impact variations on the drills or exercises. Guys and girls can come to the class, and I have seen women join the class to lose weight and tone after having a baby.
Pros: Time, parking, easy to reach location, high/low impact choices.
