Coan's Landscaping

I had several areas of work to be done, my yard was overgrown, i had bushes that needed to be removed, the retaining wall was collapsing, my grass was a rather large dirt field and i needed to design a new annual /perennial gardens for the pool area.\r I thought I was going to have to deal with several contractors which is never fun, but after a reccomendation from several friends, I called mike from Coan Landscaping. Mike showed up for an estimate at our agreed time(wow,so far so good) and he walked the property with me giving me some great ideas, some That I didn''t think of myself. He reccomended certain bushes and trees and and assured me that growing grass would not be a problem. As it turned out, mike was able to handle all that i threw at him, without complaint, ( i can be picky i',m told lol) he planted a dozen or so trees around my pool area for privacy, made my perennial gradens look magazine esque and my yard looks like yankee stadiums outfield.....The retaining wall was resecured thanks to mike and his ""bobcat"" and 10 yards of dirt (that was free of charge,thx mike).....we love our yard again, and now have mike take care of our maintainence weekly without a problem, we couldn't be happier...... more

while performing landscaping duties one of the employees using a weedwacker without the proper rock guard broke the windows of my new truck...... upon contacting the owner who's name is Mike he attempted to deny the action until i said that my security cameras had it on tape....(will be using this tape in court)..... he then agreed to pay for the window, after sending him the bill and leaving around 16 messages he never got back to me...... i will be taking him to court....... there work on the landscaping is also subpar Pros: None...... Cons: dishonest.......... does not make right after doing damages more
