Dear Coaches, I hope and pray that this review gets to the mass of people that I hope it does. My son took the online class and enjoyed it very much!! He then took the drive time with your instructors and again had a great time and learned much! It may surprise you that I give you a huge THUMBS DOWN in compassion and empathy for your students. Recently we scheduled a final drive with one of your instructors on 6/17/2014, to be fair a no refund policy was mentioned and I did prepay 45.00 in anticipation that we would be able to make the drive. On 6/16/2014 my son went to IU West Hospital in relation to a serious medical disorder and then was transferred and admitted to Rileys Childrens Hospital on 6/17/2014. I called as soon as I could to advise you that we would not be able to make the scheduled appointment (10 hours in advance). His release date was 6/19/2014. I was told that the no refund policy was strictly enforced and that I would not be able to get a refund. Although I asked not for a refund but a reschedule time I was quickly shut down. I had brought the discharge papers with me?you didn?t even look at them. To clarify the drive was 35.00 and 10.00 was for a form that I had already had but the birthdate of my son was wrong it dated 2013 instead of 1998. Like I said before?I paid it so that I didn?t have to hassle with an argument (I wonder how many other folks have had the same thing happen?). So dear Coached?shame on you. My hope is that you will change your ways and realize that you may want to treat your students and parents with more respect and caring. I do thank you for giving my son a great driving experience but I hope that you will see the err of your ways and policies?.give a little peeps, and have a blessed day!
