Horrible customer service and no respect for its Patrons.
I recently booked a round trip from Hampton to New York and the bus was an hour and a half late without any explanation or expected time of arrival. The trip from NY gets even worst having the bus driver shut the door in the face of me and several other patrons as he pulled the bus up and put it in reverse right as we were preparing to board, again with out any explanation. While complaining to the ticket agent about his brash and rude behavior he yells the F word at me! guess thats the extent of his english because it was the only thing he articulated, everything else was expressed through pushing, shoving and yelling No, no, no!!! Horrible experience... DO NOT USE COACH 88!!! When I requested his name to make a formal written complaint, the Hampton office manger refused to give it to me and said, ""I don't care - Take it up with New York Office"" Never again and the better business bureau has been notified!
If you are seated anywhere behind seat 30, get ready for a nauseating ride, the bathrooms must never be cleaned out... HORRIBLE trip!!!
