CNN is one the news channels which I like to watch .Their news is god and up to date. Apart from news they also provide other useful information. They are the first to break latest happenings and CNN is watched many countries world wide. CNN has made a name for itself in television news. more

I just watched Lou Dobbs, and he asked a polling question that was so vague and one sided that it was impossible to answer without making it look like he is correct. I wish that there was a poll on his website that asked: Does Lou Dobbs suck? I would definately answer yes. Yes Lou Dobbs, you do not understand anything and should not be on the air. more

CNN Studio Tours is a very interesting and informative tour of the behind the scenes going ons of CNN. A great tour that is different than a lot of the other tourist attractions offered and available in Atlanta. The tour is interactive and well done - you will not be disappointed although I thought the price was a bit high. more

The CNN center is home of CNN and one of the tourist attractions of Atlanta, which means that most residents have never seen it. If you are interested on what goes on behind the cable news network that started it all, pay them a visit. If you don’t care, skip this tour. more

Atlanta is home to lots of television headquarters like the Weather Channel, TBS, TNT, and most importantly CNN. When my family and I visited when I headed to college, we did the CNN tour which is very interesting and educational. It's really amazing how much technology and staff goes into airing the news which is a relatively quiet programming choice compared to some action shows. It was interesting to see how the network functioned. more

This was a blast to go to when I was in high school. The tour itself is a little boring for that age group but still provided a lot of historical information about CNN. It still amazes me that such a major news station comes right out Atlanta. The tour shows lets you look at the actual studios and even play around sitting at your own anchor desk and lets you try out the weather map. Apparently I'm no weather girl in the making. more

The CNN Studio Tour is an okay thing to do once, but I can't imagine wanting to repeat the experience. For one, photographs of any kind are disallowed. The whole point of things like this, it seems to me, are the photo-ops, so that's a strike for the tour. Second, much of what you see is accessible free of charge (other than being on the catwalk above the newsroom, which is not accessible to the public). And third, of the three times I've done it (taken visiting friends/family), I've had horrible tour guides who essentially learn the spiel but can't answer any questions they're asked. If you've ever seen a newsroom, you can skip the CNN Studio Tour. Newsrooms are the same everywhere--lots of people on computers, frantically scrambling around and drinking coffee--although, obviously, the stage is grander at CNN. more
