Disaster 12/28/2011

They started out nice and returned a call the day after Christmas. I was very appreciative and was very specific as to what needed to be done and they assured me that they kept puppies with parvo. I thanked them and confirmed this the day before the appointment. Then, with three pups, I drove 60 miles to be told that they had no room, even though I spoke with them that day, and if they did it would be $105 a day for a licensed rescue group. When I left the place, loaded with the puppies and not sure what to do, the assistant came after me out of fear that I wouldn't pay the $33 bill. They wouldn't think of simply sending me a bill. Amazing Groom! 11/18/2010

I was a little concerned at first to entrust my dogs to a new groomer but she did an absolutely fabulous job. It was quick and the dogs smelled wonderful! I would definately reccomend the de-shedding treatment she offers if your dogs are real shedders because I dont even have to vaccum the house as often!!! Much Love to Clydes!!! I will come back for sure! more
