I have been going to Club Salon for almost 3 years. Unfortunately the salon stages a friendly front, but in reality they are back stabbers. Pat, the stylist does not know what blonde is and keeps dying my hair dark. It has taken me this long to realize there was no genuine concern for the patron. Think twice before going there. WOW! What a terrific experience this was- I have been looking for just this kind of salon literally for months and months-I am so grateful to finally have found it- after numerous bad hair cuts and hair color treatments-GONE BAD- I was welcomed by salon owner, Keri to come in and observe the stylists-after spending some time observing I made an appointment with her- - she did for me what no other salon in Ventura has been able to do in many, many years- My hair color is now the color I have tried to convey to so many stylists over the years- she took one look at me and knew just what to do -did it, and it was exactly right- I would recommend this salon to anyone who has discriminating tastes where their hair is concerned- I feel so blessed to have found this salon and the icing is that Keri is a complete sweetheart and the rest of the stylists were very nice, friendly and welcoming- more

Nails, pedicures, color/cuts, extensions, massage, facials, waxing, spray tans, aestheticians...been going here since 1993 - thru the moves and changes - and I keep returning!!! A few new technicians, but they are as good or better than the originals who moved on. I recommend it highly - for whatever services you desire. more

I had a hair appointment on a Friday night. I felt I was being done quick so the woman could go home. The color that was done was not what I had asked for. There was no personality to the salon, I sat there and the girl only said about 5 words to me. Really not pleased. Pros: wide array of services Cons: Not a great job. more
