There is no parking close by, so if you go out at night.. get ready to walk a while to get to your apartment. The maintenance staff is not reliable, you will be quite lucky if they show up within two days to your apartment. They rarely fix the problem. \r The AC circulation in their apartments is really bad so during summer be prepared to pay a high electricity bill or to be quite hot during the day. \r Their appliances are quite old so if they kind of break down on you, it will not get replaced. Also, dont expect to get your deposit back, They will find some way to charge you. \r The only good thing about this place could be location, if your looking for something close to the expressway. If not, I highly recommend looking somewhere else. \r more

This is apartment Company is horrible. The apartment is run by a manager who has no interest in your problems with your apartment and is more interested in leaving early. The place will rip you off any way possible. Don't think you will get your deposit back because they will find anyway to keep it and still charge you for more money. Maintenance would rather rig things rather than fix them so you will end up deal with the same problems over and over again. I would highly recommend you keep search for a better place.
